**Job Overview**:

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a **Senior Brand & Digital Marketing Manager** who combines **creative storytelling** with **data-driven strategy** to strengthen our brand and deepen our digital presence.

**About the Role**

You’ll lead initiatives across **digital, social, and traditional marketing channels**, with a strong focus on **analytics, performance optimization, and brand development**. As OPA continues to grow, this role will evolve into the **Marketing Director** position, overseeing the full marketing function and leading a growing team.

**Key Areas of Focus**

**Digital Marketing Analysis & Performance Optimization**
- Track and analyze campaign and app performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, and Meta Business Suite.
- Identify insights to improve engagement, retention, and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (search, social, display) to maximize ROI.
- Keeping tabs on competitors’ marketing, pricing, and menu strategies.
- Staying ahead of industry trends in food, technology, and marketing.

**Content Creation & Social Media Strategy**
- Develop and manage compelling content that aligns with OPA’s brand voice and drives engagement across digital platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, and agencies to deliver high-quality creative assets.
- Monitor and adjust social strategies based on performance metrics.

**Brand Development & Traditional Marketing**
- Support national and local campaigns across OOH, print, and in-store channels.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Partner with franchisees to support local marketing initiatives.

**Campaign Management & Reporting**
- Lead campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple projects.
- Use data to continually test, learn, and refine marketing strategies.

**Crisis Communication & Reputation Management**
- Preparing for and managing negative publicity, food safety incidents, or social media crises.

**Customer Experience & Loyalty Programs**
- Building programs to increase repeat visits and customer satisfaction

**Community Engagement**
- Building local brand affinity through partnerships and events.

**Operational Collaboration/ Training & Development**
- Ensuring marketing aligns with store operations for seamless execution.
- Support training for in-store execution of marketing initiatives.

**Who You Are**

You’re a marketer who blends creativity with analytics — a storyteller who loves data. **What You Bring**
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience (QSR, retail or agency).
- Proven expertise in digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and performance reporting.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Firebase, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid social, and app marketing.
- Experience with content creation tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
- Familiarity with CMS (WordPress) and CRM systems.
- Exceptional project management, communication, and leadership skills.
- A collaborative spirit and passion for measurable results.
- Strong leadership qualities with a focus on executing effective marketing initiatives and contributing to the organization’s overall success.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
