We are currently seeking someone who not only knows how to design beautifully but also understands how to build and lead a cohesive brand experience. This role plays a vital part in supporting our national footprint of showrooms in Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Chicago, as well as distribution across North America.
**Primary Job Purpose**
The Brand & Marketing Manager is responsible for organizing, leading, and evolving Divine Flooring’s brand and marketing initiatives. Reporting to the President, this role manages the Marketing Coordinator and Brand Designer to ensure cohesive, creative, and strategic brand representation across all channels. The manager will also collaborate with the executive and sales teams to align marketing with business growth, while overseeing third-party partnerships, campaigns, and internal communication strategies.
**Specific Responsibilities**
- Develop, manage, and execute a comprehensive annual branding and marketing plan.
- Maintain and evolve Divine Flooring’s corporate brand identity across all physical and digital touchpoints.
- Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns, showroom launches, and event activations.
- Lead and mentor the Marketing Coordinator and Brand Designer to ensure projects meet both creative standards and business objectives.
- Ensure that all marketing materials align with Divine Flooring’s brand values, mission, and positioning.
- Drive digital strategy across social media, website content, and paid media campaigns.
- Manage relationships with agencies, photographers, videographers, copywriters, and other vendors.
- Support product launches with creative storytelling, promotional material, and go-to-market planning.
- Work closely with Product Development and the Corporate Showroom Manager to execute product launches, events, sales tools, and training documents.
- Analyze market trends and gather customer insights to inform strategy.
- Monitor KPIs and develop regular reports with recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate branding and marketing support across Divine’s multi-city operations, accounting for the diverse needs of distribution, supply and install, and showroom branding initiatives.
**Technical Skills**
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Competent in using social media platforms in a corporate setting (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
- Comfortable managing or directing web content and working alongside web developers.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; master’s degree is an asset.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in brand management or marketing roles.
- Strong leadership and project management abilities.
- Proven ability to translate ideas into campaigns that drive business objectives.
- Experience in consumer products, home design, or premium/luxury brand environments preferred.
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.
