**Position Summary**
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized **Procurement Assistant** to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the Scheduler, this role will support the Procurement and Supply Chain functions by ensuring accurate data entry and documentation of procurement activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Enter and update purchase orders, supplier records, and material data in our procurement systems
- Maintain up-to-date records for pricing, lead times, and vendor information
- Track open purchase orders and monitor order statuses
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve data discrepancies
- Assist in generating procurement reports and tracking KPIs
- Support inventory management through accurate data logging
- Organize and file procurement documents (digital and physical)
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Participate in initiatives to improve workflow and data accuracy

**What We’re Looking For**
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education in business, administration, or supply chain is an asset
- 1-2 years of experience in procurement, data entry, or administration preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); AX experience is a plus
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of inventory control and procurement principles

**Additional Requirements**
- Must be comfortable working on-site
- Reliable transportation required
