We are currently looking for an **Inside Sales Coordinator** to work in our **Acheson, AB** locations.

**Position Summary**

As a key member of the inside sales team at the Acheson branch, you will be required to coordinate and process inside sales orders, provide technical knowledge and detailed product specifications to meet customer needs. This position will focus on supporting the Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial (ICI) Division.

This position reports directly to the Inside Sales Manager.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- **Sales Growth**:As part of a team, upsells by educating, offering other Vicwest products to accompany their order.
- **Order processing & Coordination**:Maintaining contact with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure orders processed are produced and shipped to the correct destination, on time and in-spec. Complete all sales documentation for all transactions.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Business, Sales, Administration, or another related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience with building materials, or within the construction industry.
- 3 - 5 years of exceptional customer service skills.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to multi-task, handle timelines, and close attention to details.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in MS Office.
- _Working knowledge and experience with SAP is considered an asset._
