With a growing demand for assurance and non-assurance related service, we are seeking a new or experienced **Manager** to join us and be part of our team, delivering personalized, high-quality assurance, advisory, and tax services that add value to our clients and support their long-term success.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and perform assurance (audit and review) and compilation engagements for a variety of small to medium-sized businesses and not-for-profit organizations, including corporate, personal, and trust tax returns, as well as T3010 filings for charities
- Supervise and review the work of junior staff, providing mentorship and technical guidance
- Identify and resolve accounting, audit, and tax issues as they arise during engagements
- Communicate effectively and professionally with clients to gather information, present findings, and provide advisory services
- Manage client engagements from planning through completion, ensuring high-quality service delivery, timely communication, and responsiveness to client needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and tax regulations relevant to both for-profit and not-for-profit sectors

**Qualifications**:

- CPA designation
- Minimum 5 years of public accounting experience, with a focus on servicing small and medium sized private companies (and not-for-profit entities would be ideal)
- Strong understanding of ASPE, ASNPO, and relevant auditing, review and compilation standards
- Solid working knowledge of Canadian tax legislation and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with CCH iFirm, Taxprep, CaseWare, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines independently
