About the Role
Search and Registration Clerk/Agent, Registry - Bilingual is responsible for processing client requests in various Registries across Canada and the USA with the main jurisdiction of Quebec. All Search and Registration activities will be conducted within the framework of the client’s service level agreements. Attend to automated sending and receiving of all Provincial Registrations, along with investigation of automation exception of QC transactions and Data Entry of Manual Registrations in QC-RDPRM; Daily Cheque requisition, Weekly Billing, and Invoice Generation. The completing and Uploading of EFT Files for payment.
What will you be doing
- Accurately process billing of client requests, adhere to client fee schedules and Government disbursements
- Perform daily tasks and duties adhering to processing standards while maintaining accuracy. Adhere to Teranet CMS, practices and company compliance
- Answer calls promptly and professionally respond to clients. Participate in continuous improvement with a focus on service excellence.
- Assist co-workers and clients as required; escalating issues, identifying efficiencies

About You
- Strong attention to detail with an accurate typing of 40wpm
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, research, and follow instructions
- Demonstrated ability to exercise appropriate analytical and judgment skills required in dealing with moderately complex procedures.
- Ability to perform under pressure; operational changes, high volume, and tight deadlines
- Knowledge of Provincial Real Property search
- Knowledge of Provincial Corporate and Bank Act Services
- Knowledge of relevant Provincial websites
- Customer Service experience an asset
- Experience working in a fast-paced, performance-based environment as an asset
