**We're Hiring Join Our Team as a Customer Service Representative.**

Are you looking for a dynamic role where no two days are the same? Our grocery store is hiring a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)**to assist with both store operations and our U-Haul rental services.

**What You'll Do**:
**Grocery Store Responsibilities**:

- Ensure shelves and displays are fully stocked, organized, and clean, reflecting our store’s high standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in locating products and answering questions.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize losses.
- Rotate products according to expiration dates and store guidelines to ensure freshness and quality.
- Assist in receiving and unloading new shipments, verifying products against invoices and storing inventory appropriately.
- Follow all store policies and procedures for safety and cleanliness to create a safe shopping environment for everyone.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and maintain efficient store operations.
- Participate in setting up promotional displays and store merchandising to enhance product visibility and sales.
- Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team member.
- Be proactive in identifying potential hazards on the shop floor and taking immediate action to prevent accidents.

**U-Haul Rental Responsibilities**:

- Answer customer inquiries via phone and in-store regarding U-Haul rentals.
- Process truck and trailer reservations, rentals, and returns.
- Assist customers in connecting trailers to their vehicles safely.
- Ensure all U-Haul equipment is clean and properly maintained.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve rental-related concerns.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- A valid driver’s license is an asset
- Ability to promote and upsell products
- Physical ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON P7B 3Z7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
