Currently, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who shares these same values, and is excited to help us continue our mission.
**Customer Service Representative (CSR)**
Your goal in this position is to assist customers in finding the perfect product for them and their needs; this includes in person, over the phone, or online. You know a person’s independence, safety, and quality of life is often dependent on properly functioning mobility or home medical equipment.
**Day to Day Duties**:
- Provide in store retail sales and process payments
- Coordinate equipment sales and rentals, including pickup and delivery
- Maintain accurate client, rental, and inventory information
- Follow up to confirm client paperwork, rental agreements, quotes, and registration is complete and accurate
- Build great relationships with our clients, therapists, and various manufacturers
- Follow all company safety protocol, policies, and procedures
- Any other administrative assigned task
**Working at SUPERIOR Home Health Care**
This is a full-time permanent position, working 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, and every other Saturday 10 - 2. Most of your day will be spent on the retail floor, getting to know our customers while assisting with their purchases ranging from knee braces to power scooters and recliners.

**Specific Qualifications**:
- Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Exceptional people skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to listen effectively
- Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Gmail.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service
- Previous work experience in the Home Medical Equipment industry is an asset
- Must have the ability to establish good working relationships with all other Team Members, other colleagues and clients/customers
- Must have a friendly, positive attitude and the ability to have fun while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
