- Receiving and handling emergency calls
- Provide excellent customer service and support to Staff and Clients
- Coaching, mentoring and using corrective actions when needed
- Outdoor/Indoor Security Spot Checks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to remain calm under stressful situations
- Inform management of major incidents in a timely manner
- Valid Security Guard License
- Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C
- Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset)

- Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level
- Recognized certifications or experience is an advantage
