**Job Summary**

If you are contacted to come in for an interview, you MUST bring with you your Drivers Abstract.

Responsibilties Include - but not limited to:

- Complete equipment check for all required items
- Prepare required mobile logs for your shift
- Complete circle check of the mobile vehicle prior to operating
- Provide site training for guards
- Receiving and handling emergency calls
- Provide excellent customer service and support to Staff and Clients
- Coaching, mentoring and using corrective actions when needed
- Outdoor/Indoor Security Spot Checks
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to remain calm under stressful situations
- Inform management of major incidents in a timely manner
- Valid Security Guard License
- Valid Emergency First Aid/CPR level C
- Exceptional customer service skills (Hospitality sector experience is always an asset)
- Eager about working as a part of a responsible and capable team
- Outgoing personality who enjoys interacting with people on a professional level
- Recognized certifications or experience is an advantage
- Ability to work effectively and handle multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and Ability to de-escalate situations effectively
- Exceptional report writing and communication skills
- Effective access control capabilities
- Basic computer literacy for digitalized tasks
