Make an impact with our Regional Marketing team as a Coordinator based in Vancouver. Positioning the firm for success, our Marketing team supports the growth, business-generating efforts and goals of MNP. This role will support our Vancouver region team on organizing their business development initiatives, incuding, webinars, trade shows, local promotions, etc. We develop and deliver creative and strategic programs that translate the firm’s objectives into market-appropriate media, messages and methodologies.

**Responsibilities**
- Support the Vancouver region, by working closely with the Vancouver Region based marketing team in all areas of marketing including events, sponsorships, advertising, direct marketing, publicity, local promotions, community programs, business development presentations, signage, brochures, social media, etc.
- Responsible for the coordination, tactical execution, tracking and day-to-day administration of the regional marketing campaigns, initiatives, and budgets.
- Utilize appropriate marketing disciplines and tools to achieve the desired position of the MNP brand (ex: one-on-one communication, use of collateral materials, direct marketing, publicity, event marketing, networking, sponsorship/donations).
- Execute regular lead, budget and marketing activities tracking.
- Maintain marketing materials and collateral including promotional items, brochures and tradeshow equipment.
- Perform administrative duties specific to the marketing department such as updating and maintaining databases, client lists and preparing materials for distribution to clients.
- Work with sponsoring organizations and associations on marketing initiatives and events.
- Gather and compile market research for marketing planning purposes.
- A portion of this role will be to support the marketing of our China Services niche and work with the Sr. Marketing Manager and partners on content for the official MNP WeChat channel.
- Conduct other projects and ad-hoc activities as needed.

**Skills and Experience**
- Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma in marketing and / or communications or business administration,
- Proficient in Chinese written skill (Mandarin simplified) and English
- Familiarity with using the WeChat platform also an asset
- Possess strong presentation skills
- Proven web based research skills
- Comfortable with using cloud based tools (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
- Strong computer literacy including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience in a corporate environment is beneficial

The annual salary range for this role is $55,000 to $65,000. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill set, relevant experience, and education
