**About the Role**
We are seeking a **Customer Experience Specialist** who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer support.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Troubleshoot technical or user-related issues within the Quintalink platform.
- Create and maintain training materials, including videos, articles, and PDFs.
- Deliver one-on-one and group training sessions for new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the sales team to provide a seamless onboarding experience from setup to implementation.
- Document all client interactions and technical issues using **Zendesk Support**.
- Stay informed about new product releases and features to effectively communicate updates to users.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English (verbal and written).
- Minimum **2 years of customer service experience** (SaaS experience preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficient with **Microsoft Word** and **Adobe Acrobat**.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with real estate or legal industry workflows is an asset.
**Schedule**
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $36,000.00-$48,000.00 per year
