Customer Experience Specialist

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Create training video, articles and PDFs for users to access for training and general program knowledge.
- Perform troubleshooting for users experiencing program related issues.
- Have a keen understanding of the program to provide high level training for new and existing users.
- Coordinate with the sales team to arrange start to finish onboarding experience. From account set up to walking through the process of using the program.
- Continuous documentation of customer related inquiries through Zendesk Support ticketing system.
- Stay up to date on new releases and have an understanding of new functionalities to promote to users.
**Requirements**:
- Proficient in English.
- Industry knowledge is considered an asset.
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
