**Vos responsabilités / Key Responsibilities**
- Gérer le recrutement, l’intégration, la formation et les horaires du personnel.
- Superviser les opérations quotidiennes pour assurer la fluidité et la qualité du service.
- Soutenir les relations employé-e-s avec empathie et professionnalisme.
- S’assurer du respect des politiques internes et des lois du travail.
- Collaborer avec la direction pour améliorer les processus et la communication.
- Favoriser une culture d’équipe positive, inclusive et orientée croissance.

EN:

- Lead HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and compliance.
- Oversee daily operations to maintain service excellence.
- Manage employee relations with empathy, fairness, and care.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
- Partner with leadership to strengthen communication and workflows.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and growth-focused team culture.
- 3+ ans d’expérience en RH, opérations ou gestion hôtelière / service.
- Bilingue français / anglais (écrit et parlé).
- Solides compétences en communication et en organisation.
- Leadership bienveillant, esprit analytique et sens du détail.
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
- Certification RH (CRHA, CHRP ou équivalent) — un atout.

EN:

- 3+ years of experience in HR, operations, or hospitality/service management.
- Bilingual French/English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.
- HR certification (CRHA, CHRP, SHRM) is an asset.
