**Intermediate Project Manager**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full lifecycle of software and hardware projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Plan and oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resources.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project documentation, reporting, and compliance with company processes.
- Communicate project updates to senior management and key stakeholders.
- Foster collaboration between teams in both remote and in-office settings.
- Manage vendor and third-party relationships as needed.
- Travel to the USA (up to 25%) for project-related meetings and site visits.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **5+ years of experience** managing **software and hardware projects**.
- Strong knowledge of **Agile methodologies** (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional project management approaches.
- **PMP certification preferred**; Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are a plus.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in hybrid work environments.
- Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or similar).
- Strong risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to travel to the USA (up to 25% of the time).

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
