We are seeking for Shipping and Receiving Clerks to start immediately near
**Concord, ON**.
- Produce shipping paperwork (waybill, packing slip, release or conformance certificate, commercial invoice, any other documents required, etc.)
- Answer incoming calls, direct calls appropriately, take message(s), check voice mail
- Post and retrieve various alpha numeric data in computerized system
- Meet deadlines and schedules for internal procedure(s)
- Welcoming, greeting and processing visitor(s)
- Filling, scanning, etc.
- Maintain records
- Adhere to all company rules, policies and procedures at all times
- Contribute to team effort
- Other tasks of administrative nature as assigned.

**Working circumstances**: high speed, attention to detail, recognize colors, uplifting outlook, and so on.

**Individual reasonableness**: follow orders and instructions, being ready to work with others or separately with least management
