**Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the flow of goods in and out of our distribution center. Your expertise in handling shipments, inventory management, and warehouse operations will be essential to ensuring efficient logistics processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments using RF scanners.
- Load and unload packages from delivery trucks and containers.
- Perform order picking tasks to fulfill customer orders promptly and accurately.
- Maintain accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Utilize software for tracking shipments and managing stock levels.
- Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Operate reach trucks and forklifts safely to move materials as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely processing of outgoing shipments.
- Conduct regular stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.

**Skills**:

- Picking and packing parts up to 60 lbs.
- Preparing skid shipments for larger orders to be shipped via truck.
- Forklift certificate helpful.
- Experience with pallet jacks.
- Experience in operating automated parts carousels.
- Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping software.
- Experience with inventory management, cycle-counting.
- Experience w/ barcode scanners.
- Experience with receiving in inventory helpful.
- Prefer someone who has demonstrated accuracy in a previous role.
- Any experience with creating parts kits, with multiple pieces, i.e. 20+ parts per kit would be a plus.
- Agile, able to stand, walk bend and lift in a warehouse environment (Typical concrete flooring).
- Steel-toe shoes type environment.
- Personality-wise ; savvy w/PC software, ERP systems. Takes initiative, conscientious.
- Understands commitment to customer service to deliver the right products to the right customer at the right time.

(We have a policy that states orders received by 3pm ship the same day.)

Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
