**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

Established in 1979, Toro Aluminum has become a leader in the development and manufacturing of window walls and doors for high-rise condominiums, office buildings and hotels, across Canada, the United States, and Mexico.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- General Labour in the Shipping and Receiving Department
- Load, unload, and move materials (requires ability to lift heavy equipment, up to 50 pounds)
- Secure loads on transport trailers and local trucks
- Collect & distribute delivery and receivables paperwork
- Ensure safety policies and procedures are always adhered to
- Cross checking packing slips with materials coming into the facility for both Toro companies and third-party suppliers
- Checking shipping documents to match with the materials loaded on the truck for site deliveries
- Use inventory systems to tag and track incoming and outgoing materials
- Use tracking systems for materials coming in to be delivered to site at later date and time
- Maneuvering and relocating materials indoors and outdoors of the facility
- General housekeeping duties and any other duties assigned by management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- 1+ years’ experience General Labourer/Shipper experience in a manufacturing setting
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Must be able to work in a safe manner with little supervision
- Operate manuel or semi-automatic hand tools, and use a tape measure

- 10-hour shift, 7:30 am till 6:00 pm
- Monday to Thursday

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

- Vaughan, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- General Labourer/Shipper: 1 year (preferred)
