**Responsibilities**:
Stakeholder engagement
- Participates in coordinating the activities of the Guideline Advisory Committee including: meeting organization and facilitation, implementation of action items, and liaising with member organizations to plan Guideline-related actives
- Participates in development of stakeholder communications related to the Guideline and CRE-MSD knowledge translation activities
- Conducts consultations with various stakeholders and stakeholder groups to inform Guideline resource development
- Manages the coordination, development and delivery of presentations, webinars, and training sessions to assist various stakeholder groups with Guideline usage and implementation
- Manages the collection and evaluation of stakeholder feedback to inform resource development, Guideline usage tracking, and the resulting impacts and outcomes

Resource development, implementation, and evaluation
- Coordinates the research and design of ergonomic resources based on stakeholder needs
- Manages the maintenance of the Guideline website including: content additions/changes, development of new tools and features, and compliance with accessibility requirements (AODA)
- Manages the collection and evaluation of Guideline website analytics
- Coordinates the evaluation of resource uptake and implementation outcomes
- Participates in the coordination of external knowledge translation activities and events related to Guideline implementation and promotion

Planning and reporting
- Participates in planning and driving future directions and initiatives related to development and sustainability of the Guideline
- Conducts needs assessments for the planning of future resources, trainings, and other knowledge translation activities
- Coordinates the preparation and development of reports and presentations on the impacts and outcomes of stakeholders’ use of the Guideline
- Participates in the preparation and development of CRE-MSD journal articles, white papers, bulletins, newsletters, and social media campaigns

Communications
- Participates in the coordination of communications to key stakeholder groups including: Guideline Advisory Committee members, Ontario health and safety system partners, industry and workplace partners, and labour organizations
- Coordinates the development of communications related to Guideline resources and associated knowledge translation activities through consultations, surveys, newsletters, social media, and other channels
- Develops communication and social media marketing plans for Guideline promotion and dissemination
- Liaises with communication and knowledge translation specialists at partner organizations to market and promote
- Guideline resources, events, and initiatives

Supervision and mentorship
- Participates in the training and supervision of research assistants/co-op students

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree or certificate in Ergonomics, Kinesiology, Health Studies, or related field, or equivalent education and research expertise
- MA/MSc/PhD preferred
- Minimum 2 years work experience, with field experience in ergonomics or occupational health & safety preferred
- Experience interacting and communicating with researchers, workplaces, and stakeholders
- Experience developing and delivering programs to workplaces and stakeholders
- Experience in conducting human research preferred
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative analysis preferred
- Relevant knowledge of ergonomics, work disability prevention, and occupational health & safety; ability to remain current with new developments and findings within the MSD prevention research community
- Knowledge in research methods, task analysis, and program development and evaluation
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments and competing demands
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Project management knowledge and experience would be an asset
