**Description**

Under the guidance of the Controller and Accounting Coordinator, the Junior Invoicing Clerks duties will include but are not limited to:
Duties and responsibilities:

- Actively use Company accounting software (Sage) for data entry
- Create invoices and submit them to Clients through their various platforms in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy in every invoice sent out
- Resolve any billing errors that may occur
- Maintain and file invoices for future reference
- Post invoices from outside vendors and contractors
- Assist with monthly expense reconciliations
- Work with other members of the financial team
- Other duties as they arise

**Experience and skills**:

- Post secondary education with a focus on accounting
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting software would be considered an asset
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong Client service skills

Office-based position in St. John's, NL.
