**Principales responsabilités**:

- Accueillir les clients et interagir avec eux de manière amicale et enthousiaste.
- Fournir des instructions claires et des conseils sur l'utilisation efficace des machines à pinces.
- Être attentif aux besoins des clients et les aider rapidement.
- Maintenir le plus haut niveau de service en créant une atmosphère accueillante et amusante.
- Veiller à ce que la zone des machines à pinces soit propre, bien entretenue et opérationnelle en toute sécurité.
- Gérer l'inventaire et réapprovisionner les machines à pinces avec une variété de prix.
- Traiter les demandes et les plaintes des clients avec professionnalisme et une attitude positive.
- Traiter les transactions et s'occuper des paiements en espèces et par carte si nécessaire.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Provide clear instructions and tips on using the claw machines effectively.
- Be attentive to customers' needs and offer assistance promptly.
- Maintain the highest level of service by creating an inviting and fun atmosphere.
- Ensure the claw machine area is clean, well-maintained, and safely operational.
- Manage inventory and restock claw machines with a variety of prizes.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process transactions and handle cash and card payments when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
