**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties by providing expert advice and guidance throughout the process.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about current trends, property values, and competitive listings.
- Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively, utilizing both traditional and digital platforms.
- Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, client communications, and property listings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Manage property listings, including scheduling showings and open houses.
- Collaborate with other real estate professionals such as appraisers, inspectors, and mortgage lenders to facilitate transactions.
- Stay updated on local zoning laws, regulations, and market conditions that may affect property sales.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker or similar role in the real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes for clients.
- Background in property management is advantageous.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
