Part Time Bakery Assistant/ General Help

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation of baked goods, including cakes, pastries, and bread.
- Support cake decorating efforts with attention to detail and creativity.
- Maintain food safety standards throughout all stages of food preparation.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their orders and inquiries.
- Package baked goods for display and sale while ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Keep the kitchen/dishes area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow in the bakery.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bakery setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with cake decorating techniques is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Experience in food preparation and cooking within a kitchen environment is beneficial.
- A passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills in the food industry.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: From $17.20 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
Additional pay:
