**Hours**: 2:15pm - 11:30pm (flexibility as needed), Monday - Friday, Weekends as needed
**Hourly Rate**: $19.19
**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Coordinate parts and people with Shift Leader to set up lines in order to meet production start times.
- Basic knowledge of how to troubleshoot and maintain the efficient mechanical function of basic machinery operation.
- Ensure food and personal safety hazards are corrected quickly and effectively to meet company and legislative requirements.
- Prompt resolution and follow through on issues and escalate when required.
- Timely and accurately load trolleys.
- Maintain the flow of production and assist production employees when necessary.
- Able to run and set up various Processing lines.
- Knowledge of how to set up a complete side line.
- Knowledge of how each line operates.
- Full understanding of v-mag settings.
- Able to train General Labourers on tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned.

**What We're Looking For**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years of Food Manufacturing experience.

**Bonus Points If You Have**:

- Dessert Manufacturing Facility experience.
- Strong BRC (or similar GFSI) knowledge and experience.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, OHSA.
