A Bread Affair is seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join the Human Resources team as a part-time Human Resources Coordinator.

If you are a self-starter and able to manage complex priorities in a professional, efficient and timely manner in an environment with frequent interruptions and mínimal supervision; you are adaptable and excel in an environment where teamwork is required to meet departmental and organizational goals, this opportunity may be right for you.

**Wage**:$22-$24/hr**

**Reporting to Management, we are looking for someone who can perform the follow duties**:

- Prepare new hire paperwork
- Development of job descriptions and other human resource functions, such as development of an employee handbook and liaising between Team Leads and staff.
- Assist leadership in dealing with Worksafe claims

**Required Skills**:

- 1 year of recruiting experience working in a fast-paced environment
- High school graduation or equivalent, plus completion of a post-secondary certificate in Business Administration or Human Resource Management
- Have sound knowledge of principles and practices of administration, organization, planning, and records management.
- Proficient knowledge in Word, Adobe, and excel
- Can ensure confidentiality, to establish and maintain effective working relationships, function as a team member.
- Be attentive to detail will be crucial for your success in this role.
- Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
