The **Service Specialist **will assist Capital Auto Group's Service department by receiving all incoming service calls and reaching out to our current customer base due for regular maintenance. Driving business in the Service Department
If you are **hard-working, passionate, and determined**, then the Capital Automotive Group is for youThe **Service Specialist **is responsible for ensuring appointments are scheduled in the Service department efficiently while establishing and maintaining relationships with our customers.
**The Job**
- Ask the customer qualifying questions to uncover needs, and directs calls appropriately
- Ensure that service advisors receive messages promptly
- Make service appointments if service advisors are unavailable; route appointment information to the appropriate service advisor
- Provide reporting to dealership management
- Seek opportunities to drive our Service department, generating new business and looking for opportunities for service appointments with existing customers
**The Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Extensive customer service or sales background is an asset
- Computer literacy, strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
- Excellent problem-solving skills
