Job Requirements:
- 1 to 2 years of general office experience
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent organizational skills - with the ability to prioritize
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Familiarity with database management systems
- Availability to work overtime as required
- Willingness to be involved with continuing education as required
Job Duties:
- Pulling and preparing existing files/documents for scanning
- Scanning documents
- Ensuring quality control is maintained on all scanned pages
- Indexing the pages as per the methodology established
- Returning all original documents to their proper location, or as directed
- Reception relief as required
- Mail duties as assigned
- Other administrative duties and projects as required and assigned
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
