Job description

We are looking for an office clerk for our company.

Job duties include the following:

  • Type and proofread estimates, forms and other documents
  • Correspond with property management to schedule monthly and annual inspections
  • Dispatch calls to technicians
  • General administration duties - Answering phones and emails, scanning & filing, order
  • Maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Prepare monthly and annual fire alarm reports
  • Create invoices
  • Preparing invoices in Quickbooks
  • Typing reports in Word and Excel

Skills - Please note there will be a typing and dictation test prior to hiring.

  • Must have experience with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Must have experience with Quickbooks
