**Who you are**:
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Planning & Performance, the Performance Specialist is responsible for analyzing technician performance data, developing actionable insights, and collaborating with Performance and Field Managers to drive measurable improvements across regional teams.

**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement reporting solutions using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
- Analyze weekly/monthly technician performance data and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Identify process inefficiencies and support execution of continuous improvement plans.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying and reporting gaps to the Data & Insights team.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and KPIs to support decision-making.
- Deliver accurate and timely reports to stakeholders across the business.
- Create and manage ad-hoc reports based on evolving business needs.

**What you bring**:

- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in trend analysis and performance reporting.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting insights to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Experience developing performance metrics and visualizations to support operational decisions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Experience in field operations or technician performance environments would be highly regarded.

If applicable, you must obtain the required license and provide proof of satisfactory to the Company that you have obtained it on or before your start date.
