Sterling Rivers develops, imports and retails bathroom vanities and home and office furnishings on some of the major eCommerce platforms such as Wayfair, Home Depot and Houzz.

**We Are Looking For**

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Requesting purchase orders, generating invoices for shipped purchase orders, verifying and updating sales and price list databases, updating new SKUs, and booking cash receipts
- Generating invoices for various clients and ensuring timely and accurate payment is received
- Processing deductions and cancellations and ensuring our accounts reconcile while processing disputes for any variances
- Booking inventory purchases and monthly return and shortage adjustments, updating payment and freight cost sheets, and booking parts inventory
- Booking daily spending receipts and non-trade purchases, downloading and organizing vendor invoices and receipts, processing regular payments, and setting up of necessary accruals
- Booking Canadian and US Visa transactions and other payments
- Recording and maintaining journal entries
- Preparing reports for management and the banks (Month end and financial reports)
- Assist Financial Analyst to complete corporate year end statement
- Ensuring all financial actions comply with legal requirements

**Qualifications**
- 1-3 years bookkeeping experience required
- Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise version essential - QuickBooks certification of online training an asset
- Excellent Excel skills required, including experience with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Excellent written and communication skills

We are looking to add a new member to our team immediately.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
