**Job Description: Full-time Operations Coordinator**

**Position Summary**:
The Operations Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective functioning of the residential homes and programs, providing oversight of day-to-day operations, and ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are consistently delivered. This position requires a highly organized, compassionate, and proactive individual capable of managing operational challenges, overseeing staff, and handling clients with behavioural challenges.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operational Oversight**_: Ensure the residential facility operates efficiently 24/7, overseeing scheduling, staff allocation, and resource management to meet the needs of clients.

- Staff Management**:_ Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of care professionals, providing training, performance feedback, and ensuring adherence to company policies and quality standards.

- Client Care**:_ Oversee the provision of care and support to clients with diverse needs, including those with behavioral challenges, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

- Stakeholder Communication**:_ Serve as the primary liaison between Clear Health Solutions Ltd. and the Saskatchewan Ministry of Social Services, ensuring timely and accurate communication regarding client status and care requirements.

- Compliance and Quality Assurance**:_ Ensure the facility's operations comply with all regulatory requirements and standards, conducting regular audits and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

- Emergency Response**:_ Develop and implement emergency procedures, ensuring staff are trained and prepared to respond effectively to any situation.

- Reporting and Documentation**:_ Maintain accurate records and reports related to operations, client care, and staff performance, analyzing data to inform decision-making and operational improvements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an operational role within a healthcare or social service setting, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work with clients with behavioral challenges, employing patience, understanding, and effective strategies for engagement and support.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, staff, and external agencies.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in healthcare or residential care settings.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.

**Related Educational Credentials**:

- Required: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Certifications in healthcare management, leadership, or related areas are advantageous.
- Training in crisis intervention, behavioural management, or a similar field is highly desirable.

**Additional Requirements**:

- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the facility.
- Must provide a criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector Check conducted within the last 6 months.
