**Position Summary**:

- Program Management**:_ Oversee the day-to-day operations of the residential program, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently 24/7. Develop, implement, and evaluate program policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

- Client Care**:_ Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care to clients with diverse needs, including those with behavioral challenges. Promote dignity, independence, and positive outcomes for all clients.

- Staff Supervision**:_ Lead, mentor, and support a multidisciplinary team, ensuring staff are appropriately trained and motivated. Manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage at all times.

- Stakeholder Engagement**:_ Act as the main point of contact for clients, families, and external agencies. Build and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and collaboration.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role within a residential care or behavioral health setting.
- Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with behavioral challenges.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards governing residential care facilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate staff.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and care management software.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
**Related Educational Credentials**:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, nursing, or related field.
- Preferred: Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- Certifications in healthcare management, leadership, or related areas are advantageous.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the facility.
- Must provide a criminal background check and Vulnerable Sector Check conducted within the last 6 months.
