**Join Our Team as a Reservations Supervisor**

We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented **Reservations Supervisor** to lead our reservations team. In this role, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations of the reservations department, ensuring accurate and timely bookings, resolving guest inquiries, and supporting our team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead & Manage**: Oversee the daily operations of the reservations department, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows.
- **Guest Support**: Handle and resolve escalated guest issues related to reservations quickly and professionally.
- **Team Training**: Train and develop new Reservations Coordinators and Front Office staff on reservation procedures.
- **Implement Procedures**: Assist in creating and rolling out new procedures to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- **Revenue Support**: Assist the Revenue Manager with rate plan setups, inventory management, and revenue reports.
- **Communication**: Collaborate closely with Front Office and Group Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
- **Reconciliation**: Oversee reservation-related reconciliation reports and commission invoices for accounting.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Experience**: At least 2 years of reservations experience; leadership experience is a plus.
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong proficiency in MS Office and PMS systems.
- **Attitude**: Self-motivated, with a positive attitude and a professional approach.
- **Bonus**: Familiarity with Maestro by Northwind PMS and previous experience in hospitality or tourism management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
