**Blackcomb Snowmobile**, Dog sled, Snowshoe, Fondue, Snowcat and Whistler ATV is looking for enthusiastic customer service agents to join our Reservations team. **DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Guest Satisfaction**:
**Connects**with the guest:

- Provides warm and courteous greeting to all guests
- Greets guests by name whenever possible.
- Ensures a warm and courteous approach with all reservations inquiries and ensures a focus on converting all reservations inquiries to bookings.
- Answers all incoming calls and services all callers as required.

**Assists**the guest:

- Has a complete and up to date knowledge all Blackcomb Snowmobiles Products and assists guests in choosing the right tour for them

**Operations - Efficiency**:

- Communicates and follows up on information consistently with others within their department. Using the daily pass on log and guest services communications book.
- Communicates well with Base operations and drivers
- Exemplifies proper radio etiquette.
- Liaises with other Blackcomb Snowmobiles staff to ensure streamlined operations and customer satisfaction.
- Performs any other duties that may be required from time to time.

**Administration**
- Accurately count float daily and report any discrepancies to Manager/Supervisor.
- Consistently input reservations with accuracy.
- Accurately updates tours
- Review reservation notes accurately and be pro-active in preparing guest requests.
- Completes daily checklists and submits to Guest Services Manager/Supervisor.
- Updates Bookeo and Inntopia reservations and reviews extranet partner websites for new reservations during shift.
- Refers to Guest Services Procedures Manual to find answers..

**Job Requirements**:

- Outgoing personality, enthusiasm and desire to exceed expectations
- Previous customer service experience.
- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills and excellent attention to detail is required.
- Ability to and enjoys dealing with internal and external customers, effectively.
- Passion for Guest Services and a skill for anticipating guests needs.
- Ability to multi-task.

**Salary**: $22-25 /hour

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
