**Major Responsibilities**
- Corporate Bookkeeper_
- Preparation of Budget / Cash Flow Management
- Weekly/monthly operating budget
- Triaging payments based on budget
- Inter-company transfers
- Corporate financial bookkeeping (QuickBooks Online)
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) (dividend and payroll)
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Product Invoicing
- Occasional bank deposits
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Month end financial duties
- Calculation of payroll (Ceridian & manual)
- Calculation of dividends and disbursement.
- Calculation of WSIB and submitting it with CRA
- Manage employee expenses, reimbursements, and benefits
- Financial Reporting & Projecting (Monthly Management Report)
- HR related matters
- Manage bookkeeping for inter-related companies
- Asset Management_
- Inventory Management: Asset and Inventory control and tracking
- Inventory Forecasting
- Regular inventory auditing
**Qualifications**
- 1+ years of accounting experience
- Online QuickBooks skills are very important
- Ceridian HR Software
- Diligently following and enforcing company policies
- Excellent organization and documentation skills
- Ability to effectively engage, support and collaborate with accounting team
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Excellent organization and presentation skills
- Excellent computer skills
- MS Office skills (including OneDrive)
**Job Type**: Full-time
