Junior Bookkeeper

**We can’t wait to see your experience in action**:

- Maintaining clients' accounting records using Sage and QuickBooks
- Preparation and submission of HST, WSIB and EHT filings
- Year-end adjustments
- Training clients on all aspects of Sage and QuickBooks, such as job costing and budgeting within the program
- Trouble shooting when clients call in
- Completing T1, T3, T4/T5 returns
- Assisting with various corporate and personal tax planning
- Preparing payroll
- Travelling to clients to provide exceptional service

**We know you’ve got what it takes**:

- 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience - CPA firm experience would be a welcome asset
- Proficiency in Sage 50 and QuickBooks
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word - an introduction to CaseWare would be a welcome asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Exceptional customer service
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines
- An impeccable eye for detail, with great retention and recall
- Ability to travel for client site visits
