- The consultant will support change projects as the sole change management consultant or in partnership with another change management consultant
- Makes decisions related to the day-to-day execution of approved change adoption plans on behalf of the product or initiative sponsor; with considerable discretion to proactively identify and take action to manage barriers

**Qualifications**:

- An Undergraduate Degree (e.g. Business Administration, Social Sciences, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development)
- Minimum 4 years of experience in the field of organizational change management
- Experience implementing large scale projects with significant change
- In-depth, practical knowledge of ADKAR and other change management principles, standards and processes, project management methodologies, the agile methodology.
- Excellent partnership, consultation, facilitation, and communication skills

Nice to have:

- Certification in one or more of the following:

- Prosci Change Management Certification program
- Experienced Practitioner Program
- ACMP Certified Change Management Professional program
- Agile training or certifications (such as Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe))
