- Identify key market segments, potential clients, and strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
- Prospect and qualify leads, nurturing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Drive Brand Marketing and Awareness activities to bolster and compliment existing revenue streams.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet client needs and preferences.
- **Competitive Intelligence**:
- Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and innovations impacting the building restoration sector.
- **Collaboration and Teamwork**:
- Collaborate with company representatives to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Participate in company meetings, provide insights, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven experience (5 years) in business development or sales within the building restoration industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets.
- Or proven minimum 3 years experience as a building property manager with a CMRAO General License
- Strong understanding of building restoration processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally as required.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Own Vehicle

**Pro-Solutions Contracting Inc. ** Is a small building restoration/construction company. We currently service the GTA Condominium and Property Management markets. The company was founded in 2001. We have built a reputation as problem solvers and providing clients with honest solutions to many complex issues.
