**Position 2 Part Time Receptionists required for Edm, South Side**

**BQ**_Part Time : Monday to Friday 1:30 pm to 7:00 pm_

**Position 3 Full Time Receptionists required for Edm, North Side**

**WIC** _Full Time : Monday, Wednesday & Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm _
- Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 am to 6:30 pm_

Looking for A Self Motivated Receptionists to work at Physiotherapy Clinic

**Starting Wage: $16.50/**hour after 3 months probation wage increase

*Must be responsible and have experience in an office

*Attention to detail is key

*Must be able to communicate clearly to all staff

*Must be able to take direction and delegate tasks

*Must be able to prioritize tasks

*Must be able to ask for help and complete tasks accurately

*Must be able to take responsibility

*Must be a team player.

*Must be able to cover others shifts - flexible to cover morning shift

*Must be able to Multitask

*Must be Friendly and enjoy working with the general public*

*Must be able to work the above hours Monday to Friday.

*Must be able to respect all staff roles

*Must be able to prioritize and understand that our Patients are important

You will be required to answer phones, direct inquiries, book appointment, laundry, filling, have accurate computer skills, walk-in patients set them up in cubicles with hot pack or ice pack, schedule appointments, pulling charts for the next day. As will be responsible for cleaning of the clinic/ getting everything ready for the next morning. Which includes vacuuming, dusting, mopping, cleaning of bathrooms, organizing and making sure the clinic is ready for the next morning.

Attire for this Positions: Scrubs & In-Door Shoes

**Start Date: ASAP - January 27, 2025**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.50-$16.75 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Work Location: In person
