**Creekwood Physiotherapy is a multi-disciplinary clinic in South Edmonton with a comprehensive team catering to the needs of clients with Musculoskeletal, Pelvic Health, Hand Therapy, Chiropractic and Concussion conditions. We believe in a holistic approach to the healing journey of our clients.**

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate clinic manager/Receptionist to oversee all the reception operations and administrative work of the clinical staff and patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for daily operating procedures such as client bookings, sales, inventory, customer service, billing, therapists requirements.
- Scheduling and shifts of the administrative staff
- Assigning and delegating the task to the staff as needed
- Delivering optimal patient experience regarding products and services offered
- Tracking expenses and revenues, bills, transactions, invoices, third party payment tracking, and deposits
- Maintaining the smooth flow of the clinic
- Facilitating acquiring of new clientele and maintaining loyal clienteles
- Sending letters and faxes to the other health care providers
- Coordinating with adjusters and insurance companies
- Strategies to improve the growth of the clinic
- Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for the clients and staff
- Ability to meet the vision and mission of the clinic

Skills/Qualifications
- Motivated, problem solver, strong attention to details, organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Team building approach
- Experience with customer service, marketing, and business development
- Office/Clinic Management: 1+ years (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using Electronic Medical Records (preferred)
- training will be provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $15.88-$20.00 per hour
