**Summary**:
Oversees the development of publications for The War Amps, ensuring organizational needs are met and advanced. Ensures efficiency, quality of work, and successful completion of all projects by providing guidance and oversight. Develops and executes campaigns and other print materials as directed by the Public Relations manager and in concert with other divisions as needed.

**Job Requirements and Duties**:

- Manages Publications Division; responsible for the overall direction of the division, including implementing new initiatives to meet The War Amps needs.
- Manages content of materials produced by the division, including text and graphics. Materials include appeal letters, receipts, print PSAs, publications, collateral, newsletters, resources, and web content.
- Manages all aspects of the annual campaign including photography and development of material.
- Oversees all workflow to ensure it is organized and efficient and that timelines are met.
- Provides guidance, feedback and approval to ensure work is keeping with The War Amps objectives, voice, style and branding requirements.
- Responsible for staff hire, performance evaluation and supervision.
- Oversees division budget, approves invoices and material orders, and gives final approval of files before printing/ordering.
