Job Posting:
**GENERAL DUTIES**:

- Perform and ensure accurate scaling of ingredients
- Operate mixer controls and read mixer display panel accurately
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot doughs and ensure the dough’s consistency and texture are correct. (Add gluten, water, mix time, etc.)
- Monitor dough processing area (dough pump, rounder bars, zigzag board) and spread cornmeal
- Identify and troubleshoot proofer and oven issues and inform maintenance of serious issues
- Watch for and remove doubles on proofer cups and/or griddle cups
- Maintain clean work area
- Assemble and disassemble the divider
- Perform change-over in required time
- Perform additional tasks as directed

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- MUST be able to work Saturday and Sunday
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong numeracy skills
- Ability to think, troubleshoot and react to situations
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and direction
- Ability to work in an efficient but safe manner
- String multi-tasking skills
- Excellent attendance record
- Ability to effectively communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Availability to work on weekends
