**Mixer** OVEN FRESH BAKING COMPANY LTD. / GOOD FOR YOU DESSERTS Oven Fresh Baking Company & Good For You Desserts are commercial bakeries located in Etobicoke. - **LONG-TERM POSITION, CANADIAN OR PR PREFFERED>**: - **NO STUDENT ALLOWED.**: - Hours: 6:30am - 3pm **Key responsibilities and accountabilities**: - Mixing ingredients with Lead and learn the Mixing Process - Looking for a person with Good Attitude towards workplace and team members. - Helps to achieve the production schedule on time - Mixing and Learning ingredients with Lead - Willing to learn, Proofing and Baking Process - Verify product (bread) requirements such as: Shape, Color, Product Specifications - Ensures that all products are properly placed in the containers (pans, trays, etc) - Keep inventory notes and order raw materials - Completes duties in accordance with quality assurance - Ensuring plant is cleaned with team - **NO STUDENTS ALLOWED.** **Qualifications**: - A person who is willing to be and have good attitude towards team. - Must be a team player. - Experience in a food manufacturing environment is a must. - Must meet the physical demands required for the job. Be able to work in fast paced environment - Ability to consistently demonstrate the skill and ability to efficiently perform duties. - Ability to work with others - Good understanding of product requirements, types and varieties - Good Communication skills - Must be prepared to work extra hours when required - Lives close to work.
