**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent.

**Salary**: $23.00-to $25.00 per hour.

After one year full-time work, we give $5000 after working 12 months with no incidents report on your file

after three months of work, full health befits.

After one year of work, profit sharing.

Monday to Friday 5 am to 1.30 pm shift.

**Today, we have an exciting opportunity for YOU to join our GREAT TEAM as **_Mixer Batch maker (Dough) Mixer Operator assestant_

**THE POSITION: Part of our mixing team**

**THE ROLE**:

- Weigh or measure materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to requirements
- Observe production and monitor equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
- Collect samples of materials or products for QA/QC laboratory testing
- Record operational or production data on specified forms
- Help supervise to prepare of ingredients for the following day’s production
- Read work orders to determine production specifications or information.
- Help to clean and maintain equipment, using hand tools

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years of recent job-related experience as a Batch Maker or mixer
- Must be available to work from 4.30 am - 1:PM Monday to Friday without exception
- The position requires lifting 50 LBS (22.7KG) of ingredient bags into the cookie mixing process;( You will have assistance with this part)
- Previous food manufacturing experience required
- Knowledge and experience working with machinery
- Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal
