Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to provide sales and administrative support to Kenny sites in **Ontario**. Reporting to the Car Sales Manager, the incumbent will become the point of reference for Kenny sites and customers alike, by aiding each branch to achieve car sales targets. His/her responsibilities include:
- Manage digital car sales and provide feedback on sales performance to Kenny sites
- Assist with backlog management, by marketing inventory online
- Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information to Kenny sites
- Assist in organizing and collecting all necessary information items for sales department on assigned platforms
- Monitor the car sales progress on all Kenny sites, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements
- Explore buying opportunities on the Internet and develop own customer base via social media platforms (Facebook, Kijiji, Auto Trader)
- Upload inventory using 3rd party website and train new branches on using the database
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems in relation to a car of interest
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies regarding car selling
- Other relative duties may be required
Qualifications
- OMVIC certification **is an asset**:
- Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
- Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- ** Bilingual (English/French) is mandatory**:
- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- A team player with high level of dedication
- Strong organizations skills
- Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, office environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Availability to travel a couple time a year to various Kenny locations
