**About the Role**
Dumak Inc. is looking for passionate and driven individual to join our Laval, QC team as a **Sales Support Coordinator (Bilingual)**. You will play a key role in supporting our sales team, processing sales documents and ensuring all administrative and logístical tasks are completed to help drive our business.
- The Sales Support Coordinator is a reliable, self-motivated and results-driven contributor. You will provide administrative and logístical support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient sales processes, while also maintaining customer satisfaction and managing sales data. _

**Responsibilities**:
- Provide support to our sales team with processing of sales orders, invoices, quotes, purchase orders and other sales-related documents.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly responding to communications and inbound calls.
- Assist in incoming deliveries and outbound shipment of products from our warehouse.
- Attend sales training and develop an understanding of the products and services of the company
- Researching and validating new prospects, entering them into our CRM system and conducting initial phone calls.
- Support senior management by informing customers about delivery dates and possible delays
- Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads.
- Assist with other departments as needed.
- Other support duties as requested.
**Key Competencies**:
- Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
- A customer-centric attitude with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and team members.
**Qualifications**
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service or Sales Administration experience
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Ability to work in-person (Laval, QC)

**Responsabilités**:
- Fournir un soutien à notre équipe de vente en traitant les commandes, les factures, les devis, les bons de commande et d'autres documents liés à la vente.
- Contribuer à la satisfaction globale des clients en répondant rapidement aux communications et aux appels entrants.
- Participer aux livraisons entrantes et aux expéditions de produits depuis notre entrepôt.
- Participer à la formation commerciale et développer une compréhension des produits et services de l'entreprise.
- Rechercher et valider de nouveaux prospects, les entrer dans notre système de gestion de la relation client (CRM) et effectuer les premiers appels téléphoniques.
