If you are someone with strong organizational skills and professional customer service skills, we welcome you to **FIND YOUR DRIVE **as a **Service Writer **at our **Dartmouth Truck Repair Shop**. We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our evening shift, **Monday to Thursday, 2pm to 12am**.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Great customers and offer excellent customer service from intake to release of their vehicles.
- Document issues based on customer description and vehicle condition.
- Translate customer-reported problems to actionable work orders for technicians to complete.
- Ensure that services completed for customers meet company quality standards.
- Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding services.
- Maintain customer records and enter data into computer databases.

**Qualifications**:

- Completed Grade 12 and minimum one year experience as a Service Writer or in similar field.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organizational skills including attention to detail and efficient record-keeping skills.
- Basic computer skills and experience with computerized business systems.
- Knowledge of the automotive or heavy-duty truck service industry and asset.
