**Summary**:
Working with the Sales Team and reporting to the Inside Sales Coordinator, the position is responsible delivering exceptional customer service via product delivery and training, product demonstrations and answering all customer questions and concerns regarding the product.

This position is responsible for being a product expert (technical and operations) on the product lines and equipment sold and serviced by Industrial Machine Inc.

This position is responsible for working with new and prospective customers, existing customers and internal team members to effectively discuss and demonstrate the features and benefits both from a technical and operations point of view the product lines sold by Industrial Machine Inc.

We represent many product lines. Here are the key categories that we service;
- Ice Resurfacers
- Asphalt and Road Maintenance Equipment
- Snow and Ice Removal Equipment
- Brooms and Sweepers
- Vegetation Control and Management

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
This position is the key contact between customer, IMI and Manufacturers with respect to technical questions and issues and operations questions and issues including but not limited to warranty, product improvement and feedback.

Core Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following.

Understand and effectively present and demonstrate the features and benefits of Industrial Machine Inc product lines to new and prospective customers, existing customers and internal team members to promote sales.
- Effectively describe and demonstrate the process and value-added benefits of Industrial Machine Inc. product lines and Industrial Machine Inc, including but not limited to product demonstrations, and after sale customer training, part sales and service.
- Effectively collect product features and success stories for marketing and other user story formats.
- Prepare and provide Ad-Hoc reporting and analysis metrics and reporting for product management. Develop documentation for product delivery and training.
- Seek opportunities to propose solutions and improvements related to product usage.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements to effectively link product features and benefits to customers needs to help promote sales.
- Continuously review industry trends and client feedback to anticipate future market needs.
- Provides sound organization and support for IMI tradeshows, demonstrations, and sponsored events.
- Effectively utilize IMI’s CRM to identify, assist and manage priorities, tasks and calendars/
- Establish and maintain positive working relationships and work productively with other departments and team members.
- Consistently meets assigned deadlines to ensure client and internal satisfaction.
- Other duties may be assigned from time to time.
- Overnight travel will be expected and required.

- Valid Class 3 or Class 5 license is required, as well as the ability to drive truck and trailer.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in operation of municipal equipment such as asphalt maintenance equipment, Zamboni ice resurfaces, snow removal equipment, or landscaping / agricultural equipment.
- Technical tickets are an asset.
