Calgary, Canada The Spa Ritual Full time

Position Summary: We are looking for a part time employee who has an aptitude to function in a very busy environment including, answering phones, assisting Guests and Team Members as needed. This position requires the ability to multitask while focusing with meticulous attention to detail in creating The Spa Ritual experience for our Guests. Outstanding customer service, communication skills, computer proficiency, effective time management and suggestion selling skills are required.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 2 years experience in customer service with an emphasis in reservations/event planning; Hotel Concierge experience an asset
- Sales experience is an asset.

- Has a passion for dealing with Guests and understands the importance of exemplary customer service and exemplifies our philosophy of providing gracious hospitality
