We currently have an opening for a part-time **Village Centre Concierge.**

As a Village Centre Concierge, you are professional, you are connected, and you are empowered. In every moment and in every interaction. You have a strong willingness and devotion to the highest level of customer service, impossible is Conciergable You come to us with a strong customer facing background within the hospitality/service industry and are available to work a flexible schedule (16-24 hours per week), primarily consisting of shifts Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.

**A day in the life of a Village Centre Concierge**:

- Provide prompt, professional, and courteous service to Owners and Guests, in a personalized and refined manner
- Assist our sales team in providing tours of our Amenity Centre
- Assist in the opening & closing duties of the Amenity Centre including various clean-up duties as required
- Set-up and assist with daily programs and events as scheduled
- Assist the Operation Manager in duties associated with the smooth operation of the Village Centre as needed
- Complete administrative duties as assigned
- Review pass-on at every shift to ensure full understanding of requests and timelines
- ** Our Centre opens at 6:30am and closes at 11:30pm so shift times can vary.**:

- ** Wage is $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.**

**What you bring to the table**:

- A sensational customer service philosophy, with the desire to exceed expectations at every opportunity
- 3 - 5 years of working experience at a significantly high Customer Service level, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule which could include weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays when required
- Outgoing & kind personality
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a larger team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to adjust to continually shifting priorities
- Consistently neat, clean, and professional appearance
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and to use discretion when dealing with Owners, Guests, and Vendors
- Strong computer skills including an expert working proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Word
